Scope and acceptance

These terms govern access to and use of the Midnight Doner Kebab website, including viewing the menu, searching for products, opening product detail pages and starting communications by WhatsApp or phone.

By using the website, you agree to do so lawfully and responsibly. Use of the website does not by itself create a purchase contract; every order remains subject to explicit confirmation.

Orders

Orders can be started using the WhatsApp buttons or by phone. Clearly state the product name, variant, size, quantity and any relevant notes.

• Review the message before sending it.
• Do not include unnecessary information or sensitive data.
• Special requests depend on availability and must be confirmed.
• The restaurant may request additional information to complete the order.

Confirmation and acceptance

Sending a message or making a call does not guarantee automatic acceptance of the order. An order is confirmed only when the restaurant accepts the products, quantities, price, fulfilment method and estimated time.

If you do not receive confirmation, contact the restaurant again before travelling or assuming preparation has started.

Prices and payment

Published prices come from the menu supplied for the website. Typing errors, later changes, promotions, supplements or variant differences may occur.

• The final price must be confirmed when ordering.
• Available payment methods are agreed directly with the restaurant.
• The total shown on a product page is a mathematical estimate based on the selected option and quantity.
• Direct communication from the restaurant takes priority over any information shown on the website.

Availability, changes and substitutions

Products, sizes, ingredients and drinks are subject to stock and preparation capacity. The restaurant may advise that an option is unavailable and suggest an alternative.

No substitution should be considered accepted without your approval. Always confirm the replacement product and its price.

Allergens and dietary needs

The website does not provide a complete ingredients or allergen statement. Before ordering, clearly disclose allergies, intolerances, dietary restrictions or cross-contamination concerns.

Do not travel to collect an order until you have received sufficient confirmation.

Buttons on this website open third-party applications or services. WhatsApp and your phone provider apply their own terms, privacy policies, costs and technical availability.

Midnight Doner Kebab does not control interruptions, delays or errors caused by external services.

Photographs and descriptions

Photographs are illustrative and may show presentation styles, sizes or ingredients that differ from the final product. Short descriptions are provided to aid navigation and are not complete technical specifications.

Privacy and data

The website is static and does not store form data in its own database. When the form is submitted, the information is prepared to open a WhatsApp conversation.
